Celebrate Griffith Observatory’s 90th anniversary with Rex Saint' Onge, Sr., Chumash Cultural Advisor on the Observatory's original short film Pacific Standard Universe (2024).
Mr. Saint' Onge, Sr. draws from thousands of years of indigenous California astronomy to show how celestial alignments mark significant moments, like birthdays and this very special anniversary.

ADVANCE REGISTRATION
While advance registration is not required, it is encouraged. The advance registration is free and includes priority seating and easier access to the parking lot. Parking fees ($10/hour) still apply.
PLEASE NOTE: Even with advance registration, a seat at the program is not guaranteed. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis.
