Yuri's Night Los Angeles

We're thrilled to welcome Yuri's Night Los Angeles back to Griffith Observatory for an all-day global celebration of human spaceflight on Saturday, April 11, 2026.

Presented in partnership with Griffith Observatory Foundation, Yuri's Night Los Angeles will include a full day of free space-themed activities for all ages.

The event will culminate in a very special, ticketed program from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. with 

• A keynote talk by NASA ISS astronaut Ron Garan
• Presentations of the Spirit of Yuri’s Night Award and the JEDI Space Award
• Appearances by additional special guests, including Frank White, author of The Overview Effect

After 9:00 p.m, enjoy an after-hours cocktail reception and exclusive access to Griffith Observatory's iconic 12-inch Zeiss telescope.
